Recently, our self-developed custom semi-automatic aluminum can rinsing, isobaric filling & seaming monoblock for beer successfully passed final factory inspection and was shipped to Ecuador, serving a local craft brewery.

Designed for micro/craft breweries requiring manual-assisted, small-batch, multi-spec production, the machine features a semi-auto can-loading structure with integrated rinsing, CO₂ counter-pressure (isobaric) filling, and double-roll seaming:

1. Isobaric Filling with CO₂ Purge: Equipped with CO₂ pressurization & pressure-holding system to minimize beer loss and control dissolved oxygen (TPO), preserving flavor and foam stability.

2. Hygienic Design: All product-contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel .

3. Flexible Changeover: Quick adaptation for 330ml/500ml aluminum cans, ideal for craft beer small-batch runs.

This project marks another successful deployment of our semi-automatic beer canning lines in the Latin American market. Remote commissioning support will be provided to ensure rapid start-up.
