Recently, a client from the United States paid a special visit to our manufacturing facility to conduct a comprehensive, end-to-end pre-shipment inspection of a complete set of custom-fabricated pharmaceutical storage tanks. The client's team toured the production workshops, meticulously verifying the finished equipment item by item against established technical specifications.

The custom equipment in this order features 316 stainless steel as its primary material, with both the interior and exterior surfaces of the tanks subjected to rigorous, high-standard mirror polishing processes. The client's team conducted a detailed, itemized examination of every aspect—ranging from the quality of the raw steel plates, welding techniques, and dimensional accuracy to the surface finish and sealing integrity. This inspection process was conducted with exceptional rigor and precision, ensuring that no manufacturing detail was overlooked.

Following comprehensive physical testing and visual inspections by the client's professional team, it was confirmed that all parameters and technical specifications for the entire batch of equipment fully align with U.S. equipment standards and pharmaceutical industry production regulations, thereby completely satisfying the client's operational requirements.

Upon the conclusion of the on-site acceptance inspection, the U.S. client expressed full affirmation regarding the quality of the equipment, our factory's manufacturing capabilities, and our sophisticated quality control system, expressing great satisfaction with the inspection results.
