Czech Customers Operate Our Beer Equipment to Brew Czech IPA
Recently, an international equipment demonstration unfolded at our beer equipment manufacturing base — a team of Czech clients visited specifically to inspect the performance and process adaptability of our full range of beer production systems, and further personally operated the equipment to brew Czech IPA with support from our technical team, deepening cooperation through hands-on equipment practice and linking Sino-Czech craft beer industries.
The Czech guests first toured our complete beer production line, including mashing systems, fermentation tanks, CIP cleaning modules, and intelligent control units, focusing on how the equipment precisely adapts to traditional Czech IPA processes . Our engineers demonstrated the operation logic and parameter adjustment methods of the equipment, and addressed client concerns about “how to control hop aroma release via equipment” and “fermentation tank temperature control accuracy”.

“Theory is nothing compared to hands-on operation!” The client team then put on work uniforms to start the mashing process themselves — adjusting the grinder speed, setting the mashing kettle’s temperature curve, transferring mash from the lautering tun, adding staged hops to the boil kettle , and managing fermentation tank temperature and pressure automatically. Each step was adjusted in real-time via the equipment interface with our technicians’ assistance, fully replicating the classic Czech IPA brewing process. “Your equipment’s precision is amazing — even the timing difference for hop addition can be controlled by programming!” remarked the client’s technical lead.

“Our goal is to show how our equipment empowers authentic local production,” noted our manager. “Czech IPA is a benchmark of Czech beer culture, and equipment is the core enabler of its process. By letting clients operate the equipment themselves, we help them validate its adaptability from a ‘user’ perspective. This ‘equipment + process’ immersive experience demonstrates how our systems support their production needs.”
The event served as both a validation of equipment performance and a deepened technical exchange, laying a solid foundation for future customized equipment exports and collaborative services.
