Introduction
- •3 in 1 Design: Rinsing, filling and capping are completed on one compact frame, so a single unit replaces three separate workstations and cuts both floor space and product transfer
- •Compact Footprint: A narrow, tall frame with a concentrated table top needs little floor space, fitting small workshops, pilot plants and back of store production
- •Two cylinder Pneumatic Transfer: After filling, two pneumatic cylinders push the bottle from the filling station to the capping station smoothly and repeatably, so every bottle lines up the same way
- •PLC Touch Screen: A colour HMI is used to set and store running parameters and to follow the cycle status, so new operators can start production after short training
- •Dual Pressure Gauges: A gauge on each side of the panel shows air supply and line pressure, so any pressure drift is easy to spot before it affects filling
- •Stainless Steel Build: Frame and wetted parts use food grade SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion resistant and easy to wash down, with 316L available on request
- •Rinsing Station: Bottles can be rinsed before filling to remove dust and residue, giving a clean interior for the following fill
- •Adjustable Fill Volume: Fill volume is set for each product and bottle size, giving consistent fill height with little overflow and product loss
- •Consistent Capping: The capping head is cylinder driven with adjustable force and stroke, so caps seat straight without skewing or damaging the bottle finish
- •Fits Common Bottles: The holder plate is drilled for your bottle neck or body, and bottle diameter and height can be changed over quickly within a working range
- •Customizable: Number of filling heads, holder plate, capping head and cap type, fill volume, frame and table height and control configuration can all be customized, with OEM/ODM welcome
- •Easy to Clean and Service: An open frame with smooth surfaces allows quick cleaning between batches, and few moving parts with standard food grade seals keep spares easy to source
