Introduction
The QH-1500 gas-liquid mixer is a carbon dioxide carbonation device developed for the beverage industry. The whole machine is built with food-grade stainless steel, integrating storage tank, CO₂ pressure regulating module, flow monitoring unit and electric control system. It realizes sufficient mixing of carbon dioxide and liquid under pressure to stably carbonate beverages and produce carbonated drinks with fine and even bubbles. Adopting integrated skid-mounted structure with compact layout and simple operation, it is suitable for small and medium-scale sparkling beverage production and formula research, and can connect with filling equipment to form a complete production line.
Advantages:
1. Constructed with food-grade stainless steel, smooth surface without dead corners, easy to clean and fully meet beverage hygiene standards.
2. Equipped with dual flow monitors and precision pressure regulators for adjustable CO₂ proportion, delivering fine and consistent bubbles.
3. Integrated skid-mounted design with compact layout. No complex foundation required, ready to run once positioned.
4. Independent control panel with clear buttons. Working status is visible at a glance for simple operation.
5. High-efficiency gas-liquid carbonation enables fast CO₂ dissolution, great carbonation performance and less CO₂ loss.
6. Wide compatibility for different beverage recipes, applicable for soda, sparkling water and fruit-flavored carbonated drinks.
7. Dependable pressure sealing structure maintains stable working pressure, supporting long-hour continuous operation with reliable durability.
Application Scenarios:
1. Production of sparkling water and soda in small beverage factories and craft soda workshops.
2. Carbonation process for fruit carbonated beverages, carbonated juice and carbonated kombucha.
3. Formula trial and new product development of carbonated drinks in laboratories and R&D studios.
4. Matched with semi-automatic filling lines to complete carbonation before beverage filling.
