Introduction

Tunnel pasteurizer and flash pasteurizer are effective methods for pasteurization of liquids. Pasteurization helps to extend the shelf life of the product and make the beer customers drink meet the taste and quality you want them to experience.

Through tunnel pasteurization, beer is poured into bottles and cans, and then the bottles or cans are moved to the closed conveyor. Once inside the conveyor, they are sprayed or immersed in hot water or steam at 74 degrees Celsius. The beer is kept at this temperature for a predetermined time, and then enters the cooling section of the channel.
